Gines Family 2022-43.jpg

Hello. I'm Jenna Gines.

Besides what is listed above, I'm also a momma to 4 beautiful babies ranging from 9 to 2 years old. They're my favorite & keep me very busy! I'm obsessed with anything self-help. You can always find chapstick in my front pocket. I love listening to music, audiobooks, and podcasts. I don't love small talk and thrive in deep, meaningful conversations. Probably why I LOVE what I do. Almost everything in my home has a place and laundry constantly decorates my house.

In 2005, I studied Psychology at Utah State University. I loved learning about humans and why we do what we do. At the same time, I started working with people with disabilities and it became one of my passions. I became a mom in 2014 and started working-from-home. I've done a variety of entrepreneurial pursuits and have continued my education of human behavior, parenting, emotions, and mindset by reading, courses, and going to events. My love of people with disabilities and motherhood came full circle when my second son was born in 2016. At 10 months old, we learned that he had a very rare genetic disorder. Genetics doctors still aren't sure what he has so he is currently undiagnosed.

Fast forward to years of feeling like I was in a funk, that I just couldn't get out of.

Depression. A deep dark depression. I tried to find the reason why... I have a beautiful family, we're so blessed, I'm doing what I love, so I started to blame my husband and our relationship, that's why I wasn't happy. He was the reason. If only he treated me better, then I'd be happy. If he helped me more around the house, then I'd be happy. Thoughts of divorce, self-doubt, and confusion filled my days.

just wanted to feel like myself.

I knew I needed to do something different.

I needed help!

I went to a workshop that forever changed my life.

I hired her as my coach + a therapist and got my life and happiness back.

I'd be honored to help you do the same.

What I teach is life-changing. It changed mine.

I attended the Life Coach School in June of 2022 and continue my education and personal healing journey so I can best help and serve my clients. Thank you for reading. Look forward to getting to know you!

xoxo Jenna
