Group coaching, Finding You Workshop, is done in-person with a group and is a mix of teaching and coaching.
Individual sessions are just you and I, in-person or on Zoom.
DO YOU DO WORKSHOPS OR EVENTS?
Our Finding You Workshop takes place once a month in Springville, Utah.
The Finding You Event happens in the Spring and the Fall in Provo, Utah.
